Terms and Conditions

Epic Displays LLC accepts credit card, check and/or cashiers check for purchases. All orders must be confirmed by signature and returned to Epic Displays via e-mail or fax before the order will be processed. All orders must be pre-paid in full before the order will be processed.

The buyer must also agree to pay the shipping/freight charges related to the display case purchase (shipping charges will vary depending on the size of the item).

Once the product has been ordered there are no cancellations and all sales are final. However, if the product has been damaged during the shipping process, the buyer has 24 hours to notify Epic Displays in which the manufacturer will fully replace the order. Shipping is fully insured and will be delivered through a common carrier via UPS, Fed Ex, DSL or with a freight truck.
